Earlydiscover Concrete is a referral service. We do not hire crews or employ contractors. Instead, we connect homeowners who are planning new concrete with independent providers in the Milwaukee area. If you pour driveways, patios, or other concrete flatwork and want more calls from people who are ready to talk, read on.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for local businesses that do this work every week. That includes:

• Driveway and apron contractors
• Patio and walkway specialists
• Stamped and decorative concrete finishers
• Flatwork crews comfortable with frost, drainage, and sump pump layouts

We focus on new projects. If your main business is emergency repair, this network may not be the right fit.

What we expect

Homeowners are trusting you with their property, so we ask for a few basics:

• Any license, bond, and insurance your area requires
• Written quotes that spell out prep, thickness, reinforcement, and finish
• Honest advice about what a homeowner can do and what needs a pro
• Clear, polite communication from the first conversation to cleanup
• No pressure tactics, ever

You stay independent. You set your prices, your schedule, and the jobs you accept.

How to apply

Send a short email to contact@earlydiscover.living. Tell us:

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The types of concrete work you do
• How long you have been working in the trade
• Whether you are licensed and insured where required
• A few photos of finished projects, if you have them

We will review what you send and reply with next steps. Joining depends on fit and on need in your area, so we cannot promise a spot.
